KAECE Outstanding Teacher Award - This award recognizes an instructor of young children (preschool through primary) who teaches in a school setting or an instructor teaching early childhood education courses (at least 6 hours per semester) in a post-secondary setting. Download the Application here.
KAECE Child Care Provider Award - This award recognizes a caregiver of infants and young children in a childcare setting. Download the Application here.
KAECE Student Scholarship - A $250.00 scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate early childhood or primary teacher education student. The applicant receiving this award will also receive a one-year student membership in KAECE, SECA and NAEYC. Download the Application here.
KAECE Outstanding Administrator Award - This award recognizes an administrator exemplifying outstanding leadership and quality supervision of an early childhood program. Download the Application here.
KAECE Family Involvement Award - This award recognizes a family member who demonstrates outstanding involvement in the education and care of young children. The nominee serves as a representative for families, promoting their needs through unique and innovative methods. Download the Application here.
KAECE Corporate/Business Award - This award recognizes a corporation or business that has demonstrated outstanding involvement in the education and care of young children. This company may serve young children and their families directly or indirectly through corporate sponsorships or community awareness. Download the Application here.
KAECE Legislative/Policy Award - This award recognizes an individual who has enhanced the quality of life for children through the promotion of legislation or public policy that supports and protects young children. Download the Application here.
KAECE Marian B. Hamilton Memorial Award - The purpose of this award is to provide financial assistance for KAECE chapters to create a project or activity that will directly benefit young children. The sum of $100.00 will be awarded to the KAECE chapter with the maximum number of points. Download the Application here.
KAECE Early Childhood Recognition Award - This award recognizes an individual who has promoted an awareness of critical issues affecting young children and families. This award, which is only offer occasionally, must be initiated by a member of the KAECE Board.
